5181 is a one-component nickel carbon HTV conductive adhesive. It is a high-temperature solidified conductive silica gel filled with unique Ni / GR conductive particles. At a temperature of about 150 ℃, it can be cured completely in 20 minutes, and the curing time decreases with the increase of curing temperature. Can be used for metal, electroplating or chromate treated substrates.
